CHARLIE WESLEY MCBRIDE, SR.

Charlie Wesley McBride, Sr. also known as (Charlie Mac), was born October 2, 1952 in Pocomoke City, MD to the late Charlie and Corrine McBride. He was the brother of the late Melvin McBride and Barbara Nichols and was called home to join them on December 25, 2015.

Charlie Mac graduated from Pocomoke High School in 1971 then furthered his education by attending a Computer Learning Center. After returning home, he worked for Campbell Soup Company for 18 years as an AAA leader. Some of his hobbies were spending time with family, friends, playing cards, traveling and playing games on the computer.

Charlie Mac is survived by his wife, Diane McBride of Melfa, VA, sister Cora L. McBride of Miami, FL, three sons: Charlie W. McBride, Jr, LeShond and DeWayne McBride; three daughters: Wylisha McBride, Ashley and Tawanda Blake all of Pocomoke, MD, three nieces: Towan McBride of Salisbury, MD, Micaela and Aisha McBride of Miami, FL, one nephew: Charles Finney of Salisbury, MD, six grandchildren, twelve great nieces and nephews; six great-great nieces and nephews. Other relatives include two aunts, Johnie Mae Owens of Miami, FL and Eva Mae McBride of Felton, DE, one uncle J. T. Farms of Pocomoke, MD and a host of cousins and friends.
