CHARLOTTE VALERIE ANDERSON, was born August 5, 1953 to Connie Roberts and the late Roosevelt Blake. She departed this life on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Riverside Shore Memorial in Nassawadox, VA. Charlotte was educated in the Accomac County School system and was employed at Perdue Farms in Accomac, VA for 28 years until she became ill. She was a devoted and faithful member of Gospel Temple Baptist Church where she served as an usher. Charlotte loved her family and friends dearly, but most of all she loved her son and would do anything for him. Shopping was her specialty and favorite past time. Whenever she stepped out she was always sharp from head to toe. She was loved by everyone and will be truly missed by all. Charlotte was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Blake, two brothers, Roosevelt Tyler and Claude Michael Tyler and three step brothers. She leaves to cherish her memory, mother, Constance Roberts of Onancock, VA, son, Gary Tyler of Onancock, VA, four sisters, Ann Tyler of Newark, NJ, Letisha Rowley of Onancock, VA, Rochelle Bailey of Greenbush, VA and Debbie Duffy of Gargatha, VA, one brother, Kenneth (Ann) Tyler of Parksley, VA, two grandchildren, Dontrel George of New Church, VA, Bryjohn Johnson of Seaford, DE, two great-grandchildren, four special sisters, Alphine Matthews, Paulette Victory, Shelia Ridley and Janice Coston, two special brothers, Timothy Hawthorne and Sherwood Bailey, three special friends, Jenell Smith, Lola Harmon and Doretha Chandler and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
