CAROL LYNN AUSTIN

Carol Lynn Austin was born March 28, 1963 in Accomack County Virginia and passed away on January 1, 2020 in Salisbury, MD. She was educated in both Philadelphia, PA and Onancock, VA. She received her high school diploma from Onancock High School and worked as a bartender in Philadelphia, PA for many years until she became ill and moved to Salisbury, MD. While living in Philadelphia she was a member of St. Peters Church of God.

Carol loved to watch horror movies on television and would always talk to the TV and tell the characters what to do. Some of her other favorite shows were Jerry Springer, Maury, Cops and Live PD. She loved to eat seafood, salt water taffy, have a cold one and a good laugh. Carol was preceded in death by her sisters: Miranda and Brittany Austin; brothers: Tony Montanez and Phillip Austin, III.

She leaves to mourn her passing, mother: Dorothy (Lawrence) Ivey of Greenbush, VA; father: Phillip (Betty) Austin, II of Philadelphia, PA; son: Jovan Murph; daughter: Renita Tyler both of Salisbury, MD; three grandchildren: Syncere Savage, Adrick and Alayah Murph; two sisters: Joyce Jones of New Jersey and Alysia West of Virginia, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
