PATRICK MILBOURNE

Patrick Dean Milbourne, also known as “Pat Boone”, son of the late Burris and Eunice Milbourne, was born on July 18, 1956 in Atlantic, VA. He departed this life on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. Patrick was preceded in death by his brothers, David Anderson, Victor Drummond and a close friend, Lawrence Byrd.

Pat was educated in the Accomack County Public School system and worked 27 years as a Renal Dialysis Technician in Nassawadox, VA. He had a passion for racing cars, spending hours gardening and was a die-hard Cowboys fan. One of his favorite sayings was “Everything is everything”, and he had a nickname for everybody.

Pat was joined in Holy Matrimony on August 16, 1984 to Veronica “Sissy” Milbourne. From this union two children were born. He was a devoted family man and loving father to his children, god-daughter and grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memories are: his wife of 34 years, Veronica Milbourne of Oak Hall, VA, two children, Cedrick (Krystle) Milbourne of Pocomoke City, MD and Patrice Milbourne of Oak Hall, VA; a special god-daughter, Shania Johnson of Pocomoke City, MD; three sisters, Beulah Goodwin of New Jersey, Joyce Wharton of Greenbush, VA and (twin) Pamela (Kevin) Mackey of Oak Hall, VA; three brothers, Alfred and Raymond Anderson of Atlantic, VA and Kevin (Delores) Fiddemon of Temperanceville, VA; two grandsons, Emmanuel and Elijah; three granddaughters, Ty’Lia, Eeleah and Averi; 2 brothers-in-law, 7 sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
